CD burners - autorun
For all you CD burners here's a tip. If you create data CD's like I do and would like them to open when inserted just add this to the root directory of the burned CD.
[autorun]
open=explorer.exe /n,/e,.
Type it exactly as shown, period too, in notepad and save it somewhere, maybe the desktop, as "autorun.inf".
Every time you want to put it on a cd just include the file in the burn. Remember, root directory.
The "n" opens a new window and the "e" makes it an expanded or double pane window.
You can even add it to cd's you've already burned providing you didn't close the session of course. I'd like to take credit for it but I read it and only played with it some to do what I wanted.
