New Vista Update KB955430
I'm using Vista Home Premium. I have one Vista update showing today (KB955430). Does this include IE 8 because I don't want it. I tried it but the menu bars are too clutered and I was able to roll back. Off and on the IE 8 update shoes up by itself with defender...today it's gone again.
Maybe I'll start using Mozilla more.
Thanks for any input on the new Vista update.
Mike

KB955430 is a prerequisite to installing service packs. It updates the installation software ... which is "the component that handles the installation and the removal of software updates, language packs, optional Windows features, and service packs."
