I read this article titled "Hack Attack: Turn your $60 router into a $600 router"

When it mention about boosting the signal strength, and warned about overheating router hardware, so I got to ask, is there a cooling system that could be add to prevent overheating? Like a CPU cooling fan or anything like that? I think I would like to try this as a project. (mad scientists, it's ALIVE!)

All you need to do is keep the boost reasonable as the article says, and you won't need auxiliary cooling.

Thanks SpywareDoc... That was cool. I wonder why he didn't mount anything on the heatsink itself.

You're welcome. Looks like he figured that exausting the heat up and out of the entire case would be good enough to cool all of the components.
