Screensaver
What ever screensaver I use It keeps going back to none on screensaver option

What version of XP are you running? If you have XP Pro, try this:
Go to run and type gpedit.msc
Navigate through User Configuration>Admin Templates>Control Panel>Display
Double click Screensaver
Enabled and apply.
