i can understand these fingernail clippings, grit, glue and how does that other get in the keyboard

Keyboards can easily be cleaned,running water thru the tray is the BEST WAY to clean them

Some ppl put the whole thing in a DISHWASHER..

Just make sure its TOTALLY DRY before applying power

There's some pretty disgusting goo in my KB ......... Infact I was so fed-up wiv cleaning it & threw mine away & got a black one

........ This is great ...... DOESN'T SHOW UP THE MUCK!....... & unauthorised computer users usually catch somthing nasty & die

I clean it every couple of years or so whether it needs it or not

....... I'm currently typing in latex gloves as the cat has pooped on the "Enter" key ....... That's just nasty maaaaan
