Power/battery
Television is not working, screen is black, blinking red led.
  • Television is probably malfunctioning due to electrostatic discharge. Try resetting the television by unplugging it from the power outlet for 10 seconds.

  • Make sure that the power cable on the display and the VGA cable with trailing audio cables are connected correctly between 'MONITOR' of the TV and 'VGA1' of the display. (use the originally supplied VGA cable.)

  • Make sure that the display is switched on.

My set is dead, has no power, and/or the LED is flashing.
  • The unit is likely in need of repair. Please contact our support center for further assistance.
