Post the make and model of the motherboard. Or even the BIOS make and version would help out.
That is a BIOS beep code and that should tell us what is wrong.
If it is a home built/custom computer, it should be listed in the mobo manual.
On the 2nd reading, I think you are talking about the TV itself.
