    Difference Between a 32 bit & 64 bit System?

I recently purchased a new ACER AX1700-U3700A system with dual core process (Intell 2.4), 4 GB RAM, 640 HD, and NVIDIA GeForce G100. It is a 64 bit system (including IE 64 bit).
The monitor I use is a HP 1028x786, but the graphics look larger and not as "crisp or sharp". Do I need a bigger monitor or is this I can adjust?

I guess this is 2 questions.
    Thanks.

Don't you mean 1024x768? Make and model of the monitor would help. Is that the native resolution?
