IE8 How Turn Off Suggested Sites

I give up. Absolutely none of these suggestions work. It is impossible to disable the suggested searches.

I have reverted back to IE7.

I am a Firefox-aholic but IE8 may begin to change my mind. I did NOT care for IE7 at all...
