    Train is correct. Upload your picture to a server on the web, then put the URL (the complete internet path) for that image between the [img] and [/img] tags here in your message.

    For example, the URL to Google's main image is:

    (To find this URL in IE, right click the image on their site and select "Properties").

    Put that URL between the [img][/img] tags, like so:
