Export to a file in Outlook Express, then import that file into Outlook 2003.

You may need to set up an e-mail account first in Outlook. You should be able to check the settings for your account in Outlook Express, and then create a new e-mail account setup in OUtlook using those. ONce that is done, you should be able to import your Outlook Express data.
Links for exporting Outlook Express data so it can be imported into Outlook:

Thank you for your answer jdc2000.
As you have adviced I have set up an email account then I have tried to Import account setting again BUT unfortunately it came up with the same message....."No Internet account were found to import".
It simply is not able to locate OE6 for some peculiar reason
The links you have given me are very useful for other purposes. Thank you so much.

Since you manually created the Outlook account - I vote you skip that import part and proceed to importing mail and the addressbook
If you're happy and you know it......it's your meds.

Yes Steve, I think I shall proceed exactly how you said.
It is just that, one gets really curious about this sort of things...it is annoying...why doesn't it work?....oh well, nevermind...one of those things I suppose.
Thanks to everyone.

If the email account is a standard POP3 account it should have imported.
