sim card reader, problem.
Got a simCard reader. for my CellPHone.
with WinXP Pro I downloaded the software that came on a small CD and when I insert the reader into the USB I get an exception error, See atached.
The reader for Micro SD and SIM card.
Clicking on continue the reader will work with the SD mini and read and I have loaded items to it No problem.
Its at The SIM end that I have the Problem.
Even with my SIM card from my NOKIA phone inserted it does not recognize the SIM?
I have gone back to seller, and did reload a rar file but still the same results.
I have researched the WEB and SCR3320 is a program for Professional use at $670.00 ouch in caps.
All I want to do is save the sim card on a blank in case of loss or damage.
When I go to Admin Tools services the Smart Card is active (Automatic and recognised?
Input Ideas appreciated. direction.

Update.-
The culprit was USB Firewall.exe.
and Quicktime.
I deleted Quicktime.....
Unchecked USB firewall USB in Startup and all OK.
My USB now works.
Did a Scan with AVG, Spybot,Defender,HitmanPro, All came up clean.
But Im still puzzled. why just inserting a USB device would generate such a message.. with USB firewall.exe active??
There are a lot of forums out there going in circles on this one.
