I was going to ask this earlier..... the steps I followed with this problem... is this the standard or best procedure for dealing with these when they start?

Keep Super, and Malwarebytes, and run them occasionally, or if you see, your computer is acting weird.
Do NOT touch HJT. You need to know, what you're doing here.
