USB Flash Drive
I just bought an 8GB Flash Drive and it's formatted in fat32. I'm using Windows XP Home SP3 and I'm using NTFS.Would it be best to reformat that flash drive to NTFS.

I usually reformat mine to NTFS. It's only an issue if you think you might ever want to use it on a PC with a different OS, such as Linux or a Mac. Even then I think they can still read the contents of NTFS OK.

Forgot to ask Sparks, what byte size do you reformat to?

I leave that set to the default value (4096 bytes if memory serves).
