Re:Internet Slowness
Hello Train, Broni, techallenged & all, Train, pulled the plug, maybe still the same?? Say maybe, if i open a second internet window, then all is ok, speeds quick. On the opening first window, all internet sites take around 15 seconds to start appearing.
Also, if i hit Refresh, things quicken up.
techallenged - No peer to peer software. I have removed some start ups.
Broni, i have 186, used 27GB left 159 free.
Broni, have copied file to a post in HiJackThisLogfiles.
Thanks, GEP

Re:Internet Slowness
Hello Train, Broni, and all, further to last message.
After stopping Avast, and then Re-starting Avast, trying this site and a sports site amongst others, working O.K. now.
See how it goes.
Thanks for all your help, GEP
