[RESOLVED] Can you upgrade?
Can you do a upgrade from 32 bit to 64 bit?
Or if not can you do a repair from 32 to 64?

It usually not practical to "upgrade". Too many changes are needed.

Unfortunately it has to be a clean install -- you can't install it as an upgrade from within Vista x86 (or XP x86 either).
Safe computing is a habit, not a toolkit.
