Green is the color of my dear monitor
As said in the title, my monitor has a strong green tint. It's connected to the computer with a dv-i cable. I changed the cable with no result, connected that monitor to another computer via a cable and it worked. I have not got another monitor with a dv-i plug because I have not got one, so I do not know if the problem is with graphic card or with the monitor. You will probably tell me to buy another one, but you also may give me some valuable information. Thank you very much then.

Reistall the drivers for the graphics card or at least try a update.
What card do you have?

Already updated and reinstalled the drivers. The graphic card is an Ati radeon HD 2600 XT

Is the fan on it clean? Overheating can caause weird things to happen.
You will need to remove the card to get it cleaned up.

If you connnected the monitor to another computer and it worked correctly, then the fault probably lies with the video card.
