    OneTouch4 Mini - OneClick & its gone!

    I have a OneTouch4 Mini portable drive.

My problem is that I am unable to drag the open window on my PC’s screen to another position. When I click on the pale blue top section in order to drag the window on my screen to another position the window disappears and can’t be restored. I have to close the programme and restart it before it can be used again.

There is no problem clicking on the minimise button and then restoring it. Although the backup works fine it’s very irritating to not be able to drag the open window to a new screen position without it vanishing. Its not "the end of the world" type of stuff, but the wretched thing always vanishes just when I need it!

Can anyone help me with this and save my sanity?

    Thanks
    Mike

If you open the drive contents in explorer do you have the same issue or is it specific to the window that opens when you plug the drive in and which program are you restarting?

    Thanks for your responses.

Using Explorer presents no problems but of course I need the window to use the Maxtor features.

I've tried using Move but dragging it doesn't work.

No, the Settings don't cover this.
