Start > Documents ?
Is there anyway to limit what kind of files show up in Start > Documents?
I don't mind any of the Office files, PDF's or the like.
It's the pic files I would like to not get. They are for when I have a few
that I'll look at them, But they're not part of work..
Thanks

One way to keep the picture files from showing up in "Start > My Documents" would be to move them into your "My Documents\My Pictures" folder.

My Documents\My Pictures Folder.

Oh, I think I see what you mean ... you want to hide them?
If so, and you have Windows Explorer set to "Do not show hidden files and folders", right click one or more of them, select Properties, select "Hidden" under "Attributes", click "Apply" then "OK".

Are you talking about the recent documents list? I don't think you can choose which files to display there but you can disable the list by right clicking the start button => properties => on the start menu tab click the customize button => click the advanced tab => at the bottom of this page there is a checkbox "List my most recently opened documents". uncheck this box
SANITY IS JUST A STATE OF MIND

You can't chose what documents are there, it's all of nothing.
