If you look at the Performance tab in Task Manager, you should see one CPU core flat out and the other one close to idle.
No, I watched taskman and no both cores are being utilized about 50 percent each.
I had a core2duo machine and it seemed to work a lot better.
I still have the machine but I need to replace the motherboard in it because the hd controllers have problems.
This is kinda of a spare machine I have, I thought perhaps there is some fix for amd chips that would help it utilize the cores better.
