drv-ms to CD audio for Car

Which program best suited to convert from drv-ms to Audio CD.
Also have a file .AVI which Iwould like to also make a CD Audio. Both for Car.

Any suggestions.
Tried a couple from Internet search. Results are drink coasters.
I do have Nero 7. Ultra. But does not recognize dvr-ms? or AVI suffix?
and/or mpg?

Well I hunted, tried out and success.

Have made 6 CD's for Car pack. with 6 hours plus of smooth music.
First had to go here
http://www.dvr-ms.com/?id=dvrms
to get drv-ms converted to mpg.
But in fact by trial and elimination I found that the following was able to create a WAV file
straight from dvr-ms
C:\Program Files\NCH Swift Sound\Switch\Help\index.html
