I do not know if the internet connection is frozen or unresponsive. I am not even sure how I would be able to tell the difference. What I can tell you is that if I try to use the browser to go to a web page I can not get there. As to the size of the file, it can be multiple photos at a few hundred KB each or just one photo that is a couple of MB. The only way I can get my internet connection back is to restart the computer.

I am in the process of getting CAT 5/6 cable to connect my computer to the router and if needed the modem to see if the problem is with my wireless USB adapter or it is with the ISP. I hope to post back soon as to what happens when I do this.
