svchost is trying to delete ntbt and tcpip

    Hey Guys,

I have a friend who is running Windows XP and has Spysweeper installed. Every other day he gets a message from Spysweeper that says:

svchost is trying to delete ntbt

svchost is trying to delete tcpip

He keeps saying deny but it keeps coming back. A full virus and spyware scan with multiple programs comes up negative. He is using Verizon for his broadband internet connectivity. Do you think these messages could be Verizon changing his ip address? Any other ideas what this might be? He is afraid to accept these changes.
