RIMM Memory Identification

Hi,
I have two sticks of RIMM memory 256mb each and I was asked the question is it non ECC and 40 Ns.
The stickers on the memory say:
Samsung Korea 0247 256MB/8 MD16R1628DFO-CT9 RIMM 4200 102 and the manufacture date 2002 12.

Is there a way of telling me or does any of these numbers tell me?
