Exchange 2007 - Powershell

We are using Exchange 2007 and SP1 is not installed meaning we have to use Powershell for alot of commands.

I was able to create a distribution list and add users to it but how to I see who is in the distirbution list.

Meaning, who is a member of a particual distirbution.

This has to be done through powershell.
