Uninstall any of the following programs associated with Viewpoint:
* Viewpoint Manager
* Viewpoint Media Player
* Viewpoint Toolbar

Open HijackThis, and checkmark following lines:
- O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ZTgServerSwitch] c:\program files\support.com\client\lserver\server.vbs
- O23 - Service: Viewpoint Manager Service - Viewpoint Corporation - C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Common\ViewpointService.exe
Click "Fix checked" button.

Restart in Safe Mode, and delete:
- server.vbs file from c:\program files\support.com\client\lserver
- Viewpoint folder from C:\Program Files

Restart computer.
Download, install, and run LSP-Fix: http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.htm
Restart computer, and see, if it helped with your connection.
