AT&T
Wasn't really sure where to post this question, but I had a relative move to AT&T. This was a package deal that included the home phone, cell, internet, and television........... It took them 10 to 12 hours to complete this transition. Which involved two days....... So my question is what involved 12 hours of labor? Might be a dumb post,, but I'm curious.. Thanks.......

Did they pay for the labor on an hourly rate, or...? What's the real problem?

Probably had to have a service tech come in and hook them up. And would not be surprised if the tech had to do a whole bunch or rewiring. Probably had to change out a stuff on there side of the line too.
My last hook up about drove the tech crazy as he had to replace 4 boards in various places in town.

The homeowner was tired of his dish...... he called at&t, and they sold him on a glorified package deal.......... I don't think he completely understood what he signed........... I do agree that it was a complete wiring job...... I'm also wondering what this will be a month... especially with the cell phones. He didn't realize he was still under a contract with Sprint............ :-)
