[RESOLVED] Outlook 2003 - Global Address List

We are running exchange 2007, and use Outlook 2003.

When you go to create a email, and click > To
Then Show Names from the > Global Address List.

I highlight a user and right click on it, and click properties.
The PROPERTIES come up, does anyone know how to change those parameters In outlook. And change them on the fly. Does this have to be at the exchange end?

I'd guess you need Admin rights to the exchange server...to keep all <insert large number here> employees from making any ol change they want.

I am the exchange administrator and I have full domain admin rights.
I found out it cannot be done unless you use the GAL modify utility.

It has nothing to do with admin rights.
