Safe keeping?!

Hi to all: I know I had a copy of how to change the owner/organization in Registry somewhere, and decided to put it in a safe place. It's so safe now, I can't find it. Ever happen? Can someone send me a copy of the how to for win xp pro? I know one has to fiddle, very carefully, in the Registry to make the necessary changes. I have two systems, refurbished, that I'd like to neuter, and insert current ownereship info. Much thanks to all and hope the lads and lassies hit the pot o'gold this past St. Patty's day.
