Try moving the jumper to clear the cmos, set date and time. Then save and reboot. the mainboard should correct its self. You may have to access the bios and set every thing to default setting, which is what should happen if you reset bios with the jumper. You can find the jumper near the battery on the mainboard. you could have low voltage to the ram also. You can set the ram to auto detect and the cpu will control it.
