I would like a button in Windows normal mode that I could click on to make my computer reboot into safe mode. I know I can always tap on an F* key during boot up, but when I need it I always forget which F* key to tap.

amarok-sookgah! Going back a few years, but did you ever try CopyMsgBoxText? It works for me.
