    Wireless connection

I have a desktop connected wireless with a Linksys WRT54G router. Stopped connecting. I plan to go into the device manager, uninstall, reboot and see if the system recognizes & reinstalls the card...... If that does not work what other procedure can I try to continue with to diagnose... Thanks

Unplug the router. Wait at least 30 seconds. Plug it back in. You may only need to reset the router. Common problem with Linksys. . .

I did power cycle the router. Didn't work. I've had to do this many times with one desktop that is wired direct.

If power cycling the router only does not work, then also power cycle the modem. I have had both jam up many, many a time.
