    Microsoft Excel Conditional Sum

    I have been practicing using Microsoft Excel 97.
    When trying to use the Excel Menu - Tools, Wizard, Conditional Sum feature, I keep getting the following error message:

    Your range contains one or more entries using randomized numbers. You need to remove these entries before using the wizard.

    I searched MSKB, but cannot locate any information except 214249.
