Those type of drivers have caused problems.
Thanks for posting the work around.
Well it does make my Win2k system reboot sometimes. However on this particular instance, on the 98 machine, I did not have the 98 files the OS wanted to read a LAN card because I dont have the 98 disk. So it was the wifi card calling for stuff that I wasn't able to install that caused the problem.

I have had good luck hitting yard sales once in a while and being able to get those 98 cds still in the factory sealed boxes. Even got Dreamweaver that way.
