    A Christmas Song I Wrote

    Well, I had help...

The lead in to this song is that my Mother-In-Law has a very beautiful cat that just so happens to be E V I L !! Every time we have a get together at her house, there are always stories of people being maimed and hunting the first aid kit after petting the evil cat.

My plan is to type this up very neatly with holly leaves, etc. and give this to her with a kitty cat plaque that I doctored up to be an EVIL kitty cat plaque.

You are warned, this is corny!

This is sung to the tune of Jingle Bells

    You know Felix and Fluffy
    Sylvester and Morris
    Tabby and Snowball
    And Garfield Of Cor-rus
    But do you recall
The most evil kitty of all…..

    Amanda the evil kitty,
    Has some very sharpish claws
And if you ever pet her
You might end up needing gauze

    All of the other houseguests
Used to pet and call her name
    They never knew Amanda
Like to play her evil games

    Then one bloody Christmas Eve
    The cat began to lurk
But I’m ready, got my phaser on stun
    Just like Captain Kirk

Then all the houseguests loved me
They didn’t have to be afraid
No one would lose a limb now
No one would ever need Band Aids

My last cat could fall into the Evil catagory. She used to bite the heck fire out of me....I don't if it made her better or worse when I'd throw her across the room and bounce her off the wall.

    May she rest n peace
If you're happy and you know it......it's your meds.

Didn't work with Jingle Bells but did with Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer

WOO HOO! Good job! Thank you.

I meant Rudolph, not Jingle Bells.

    One More...

Couldn't resist this one. This is what started the entire song idea. (Yeah, I use the word "song" loosely when I've had anything to do with writing them.)

Sing to Cats in the Cradle by Harry Chapin (Cat Stevens)

My child arrived just the other day
Walked into your house the usual way
He just starting walking when he got a surprise
When she leaped from the chair and clawed his eyes

And he was bleedin' before we knew it
    And as he bled
    He grabbed his frickin' head
    His fingers all turned red...

So now your cats in the kettle at The Peking Moon
Being served up with a slotted spoon
When we going home Dad I hate this place
Next time let's bring mace yeah
Now let's go wash my face....

I wouldn't know but it seems you have way too much time on your hands. Have you done ALL of your Christmas shopping; etc? I gonna ask Mike
I realize you said Jingle Bells but for some reason, I "sang" it with Rudolph's music. How's that!!
That song is the better one Mind if I copy write it Or maybe apply for a patent number.

Buf, it didn't take that long to write either of them. That's what happens at breaktime with my co-worker. I've done all of my shopping, except for gift cards, so yeah, I guess you could say I'm done

chaszal, didn't know there was already a Peking Moon song done...hmm, well, then my song is only partly original. Doesn't matter, still can't wait to torment my Mother-In-Law! <evilgrin>

Dreamer, I can't get the link to work. Says "Sorry, That Recording is Private"

Ok. try it now, I set it to public. I really though that private recordings could be viewed by those I sent the link to but I guess not.
