Windows XP SP2 Slow Start up

I have Windows XP SP2. For the past two weeks my computer is taking quite a bitlonger to start up. I have ran Trend Micro, Spy Bot, CC Cleaner, Windows Defender and Ad Aware. Acouple of times Trend Micro found Spy Ware (BHOT_ie Helper). I did a search for it after Trend Micro appeared to have gotten rid of it.
What takes so long to load is MacAfee (which I also ran) and Winfast Wizard.
Is there a way I can show you what is in my startup from msconfig. I cannot seem to copy and paste this information. I am not sure what some of these things are in my startup.
Maybe I need to do Hijack this so someone can look at it. I would need instructions to do that as I do not remenber.
Other programs seem to be slowed down when I go to open them.

    Any help would be great.

    Thanks,

    Try this first
Here is how to check all your entries in msconfig.
    Start/Run and type in
    msconfig
    OK

    Startup Tab
Keep the page open then go to one of the links below. They will tell you what all the entries are and whether you can disable them or not. They will also identify any malware. Disable everything which is not needed to run at start up

    http://www.sysinfo.org/startuplist.php

    http://www.castlecops.com/StartupList.html

Read the Key at top of page. Use the Search box to check all your entries

When you reboot you will get a message saying you have started in "Selective Startup" Click "Don`t show this message again" then OK
