Noisy DSL
Have a situation with noisy phone connections thru entire house. Every phone has a filter provided by SBC. When the computer is off,, no noise. This has been working fine for three years, and now this started. There is a phone setting next to the keyboard & monitor........ Could this phone be to close to the monitor?

Where are you seeing or hearing this "noise?"
Has the phone always sat next to the keyboard and monitor? Does it help if you move it or unplug it?
If you're happy and you know it......it's your meds.

Make sure that all phones (and the ADSL modem/router) have a line filter, and that each device is plugged into the correct port on the filter.

I have the line filter on the outside of the house at the pop. From there I have a DSL line and a voice line going into the house. I've never had a problem with this setup.
