    Quicken program HELP

    I lost my Quicken program for some unknown reason so I did a reinstall without any success. It appears to install ok but when I try to use it, it will not execute... I don't know what to do, I use this program for all of our bill paying and other important matters... I am at a total loss... PLEASE HELP
    Heard at a local auto-repair shop:
    "I couldn't repair your brakes,
    so I made your horn louder."
