Can I get an initial cap after a sentence ends in a cardinal number?

There may not be a solution for this, but I will ask anyway.

Using XP and MS Word 2003.

I type lots of sentences which end in cardinal numbers. I have checked in Autocorrect Cap first letter of sentences. But, if the preceding sentence ends in a cardinal number, I do not get the initial cap for the next sentence.

Is there a way to get automatically an initial cap for the first letter of a sentence, if the preceding sentence ends in a cardinal number?

Does this happen even when a period follows the cardinal number?
If the cardinal number is not too long, perhaps spell it out.

Spelling it out is not an option. The person dictating wants the sentence to end in a cardinal number. I want the sentence to end in a cardinal number.

Sounds like you are telling me that it cannot be done, i.e., automatically getting the following sentence to begin with an initial cap.

    Yes, there is a period.

The sentence ends in a cardinal number, with period. I want the next sentence to automatically have an initial cap, as it would if the preceding sentence ended in a word. Autocorrect does that for sentences ending in words, but does not function for sentences ending in cardinal numbers.
