    Software advice please.

I am not sure if I am allowed to ask the below question about a software which might be used for sending Spam.
I have a Holiday House in Turkey and although it is a fairly new venture it is going rather well. *** Link Removed ***
I am thinking of sending some personalised emails to my clients to thank them for their custom and also to inform them of special offers during the out of peak seasons.

Would you be able to recommend a Freeware software to be able to do this.

    personalised emails to my clients
    >Is not considered SPAM. At least my point of view.

Why can't you just email them using your own email account (whatever it is), and point them to your site. Your email could point out specials or discounted coupons when they visit.
    Hope this helps

Thank you for your answer ralph3124.
You are absolutely correct too. But in my opinion to send them personalised mail, particularly for their custom is a nice touch.

I removed the link to your web site to avoid the appearance of spam...

What exactly are you looking for?
Why couldn't you just send a regular email thanking them in your own words?

Or are you wanting some sort of newsletter type software?
If you're happy and you know it......it's your meds.

Use the MailMerge feature of MS Word, if you're serious about a solution and not just posting an infomercial.

Here is some freeware newsletter mailing software (I haven't used it myself so I can't comment on how good it is):

You stated, and I quote ..."I am thinking of sending some personalised emails to my clients to thank them for their custom and also to inform them of special offers during the out of peak seasons.".... Well, use your email client and do just that!

Depending on how many e-mails are to be sent and how they are formatted, a standard e-mail client may not be the best choice for this function. AutoMail from the link above is much easier to use for this purpose.

Thank you so much for all the replies.
I had many many inquiries which I would like to thank them for showing interest in the property and I would like to refer them by individual names.
I also would like to send "thank you" mails to people who have already stayed again referring them by their names.
I will download and try Automailer and G-Lock EasyMail.
