Windows Media Player 11 - Urge problem

I have recently reformatted my computer. Windows XP Home 3.4ghz.
Previously I had signed up with urge. I also have a new email address since then.
When I open Media player 11 I keep getting an error message and is trying to install Urge. I have attached a screen print of this message. I would appreciate any help. BTW, Media player does work.
