Having problem accessing a site
I was not sure where to post this. I am writing this for a friend. It seems like a security issue to me, but it did not seem to fit in the categories there.
My friend works for Intel. She also owns 2 home businesses. She can pull up the websites for her first home business, but she started a new one with a reputable company this week, and she cannot pull their sites up on her company laptop. The other one she can access just fine.
So, she also tried to pull up the new business sites on her son's desktop which is not a company computer and she cannot access them there either.
She says it is mis-matching the IPs and security certificates. I don't know what that means.
She travels a lot and needs to be able to access this second business from the laptop.
Does anyone have a remedy for this?
The second home business is actually a longer established better known company then her first one.
Thank you

Please have your friend post here directly if she needs help. Sorry, but so much gets lost in translation relaying info back and forth, this could inadvertently cause problems.
One thing I can safely say is that if she can't access the site on two known working computers the site itself probably has a problem.
