Incredimail help

A friend has a "Backgrnd.gif" (eyes and fingers) that appears on the right side of all his e-mails and doesn't know how to get rid of it.

If you look at the Incredimail homepage here:

. . . the graphic you are describing is the first Emoticon displayed, top row, left. If this is what is being added to the E-mails one would need to disable Emoticons or change the option settings in the program so it is not automatically added. That should make it go away.
I note Incredimail offers no tech support. You can go from there.
