I forwarded it to my Comcast office, cc'd it to the Lee County Commissioner's office with a note asking when they planned to bury the line they installed in July 2006.

[quote]Comcast said it has fired the employee and apologized to Finkelstein, of Washington, D.C., for the "unsatisfactory customer experience."

That is too funny. I hgave had comcast twice for internet, and both times after I cancelled they wanted their modem back. I had to remind them that I didn't rent a modem from them, I bought and had my own.

You guys think Comcast is bad....you should have seen what we had when we were still AT&T (before the Comcast buyout)....
....whoa....talk about incompetence. I swear all they did was take their long-distance support people and move them to broadband internet support without telling them a thing.
Comcast can be pretty bad....but they are a vast improvement over AT&T operating things. Least that is what I tell myself when things go south.

Funny how in different parts of the country how they are rated.
Overall, my biggest problem has been drivers who clip off the poles, which breaks lines that are mounted on them.

Had AT&T and it sucked! Then it went to Viacom and was just as bad. Then,,along came Comcrap I could go on and on about them, but I'm still mad after getting this months bill and seeing about usd$4.00 added to the TV half of the bill with no notification whatsoever from them as to why! No,it isn't another service charge either. Perhaps they thought it would just slip by without notice? Well,,not that it will do much good,,but after my phone call and conversation with a "supervisor",,they will at least know not "all" of their customers are rug snufflin' dummies!!!
Stupid question? No such thing!

Don't get me started on the cable-TV side of Comcast.....
I don't think I have gotten two bills in a row that were the same. It goes up every month it seems!
