First off, I just found this site and it looks great.
I have the following

I am getting locked out of I.E and Outlook with the following errors. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Faulting application outlook.exe, version 10.0.6822.0, faulting module mshtml.dll, version 6.0.2900.3059, fault address 0x000e1e0d.
Faulting application iexplore.exe, version 6.0.2900.2180, faulting module mshtml.dll, version 6.0.2900.3059, fault address 0x000e1e0d.

hernm065--You could look in Event View (System) to see the message when you click on the redball error time stamped when you had the problem. Then click on the go.microsoft.com link to possibly get more information and a solution (after you allow a message to be sent to MS).
You reach Event Viewer from Start|Administrative Tools|Event Viewer.
Google provides lots of references.

Hard to narrow down a specific cause although spyware is often a suspect.
