Click on most recent comments, then start reading. It is important to try to read all of the posts and to promote those suggestions that have the most value.
There are multiple post about bringing customer support back to the US, I recommend promoting only one. There is a lot of duplication but there are also some good ideas.
Posting a comment IS NOT the same as cast a vote by promoting that suggestion.
I have posted one suggestion with the topic "What Dell Needs to Do to Be # 1 Again .." and would appreciate your support, assuming that you agree with my suggestions.
Right now it is on page 10 of the most recent posts.
I tried doing a Google search on topic, on my name, which was restricted to just that site but obviously the site is too new and Google does not have it indexed yet.
As people post more, then my post will be buried deeper, when you click on "Most Recent Posts".
Dell as stated that they are going to evaluate the suggestions based on the highest votes by the visitors to the website. Votes are generated when a suggestion is promoted.
If too many people post the same suggestion over and over then the "promote" vote gets diluted.
Cheers,
Linda
