PSU for server
I am gonna go and buy 6 more hard drives for my server, but I don't think it's current PSU could handle it
currently it has-

300W PSU and like 5 case fans
any recommend a good PSU?
I was thinking about getting one of these cause they are cheap

You can never have too much juice, bumping it up to 500W/550W would give you some future proofing.

comes out to about 400W..
so I guess I should get a 500W to 550W...
hmmm
well, I still need suggestions to what that PSU should be...
I don't want to spend much... but at the same time I don't want down time cause of PSU replacement

That does not seem right.
Download and run CPU-Z and see what it says.

CPU-Z does not need to be installed. Just unzip the files in a directory and run the .exe. In order to remove the program, just delete the files, and that's it.
The program does not copy any file in any Windows directory, neither writes in the registry.

uhm, Train, you may have noticed that it's a linux box
powernow is enabled, so it's like a laptop, the clock speed is dynamically increased when it is needed.
the top speed is 2.2ghz

Excellent brands of PSU are Tagan, OCZ, Enermax, Hiper, Thermaltake, Xion. You won't go wrong with any of those.
