    Download a Bot in the name of science

    Each downloaded a software pack from climateprediction.net which ran when their computer was otherwise idle, with results being fed back to the central server.
    Sounds like a Bot to me but you can read for yourself.

    There's a link on that page that takes you to this http://bbc.cpdn.org/ where you can still download the software and partcipate as long as you "satisfy yourself" that you understand what you are doing.

    I wonder what kind of goodies were in the "pack". Somebody made some money.
