    Resolved [RESOLVED] PDF Convertors

I have downloaded two pdf file converters: cutePDF and primoPDF as recommended in someone elses thread.

The primoPDF program seems to work better but doesnt include colour in the conversion... is there a reason for this and can it be sorted?

    Thanks for your help x

When you choose the printer, click Properties and see if color is selected.

    Resolved Generic colour setting!

    Thanks DanC

I had been in the properties and had already checked the colour setting - but while i was there i had a little nosey about and found that in the actual 'print settings' window in the setup tab the printer description box was 'generic b&w' so i changed it to 'generic colour' and "hey presto" it works!

p.s. now this is sorted how do i change the thread to show that it has been resolved?
