Okay...I downloaded thunderbird but I don't see how to import my e-mail address which is with MSN...Thunderbird only gives me OE to import from. And how do I get to the thunderbird mail site from the FF tool bar...it's not there...??

steve. If you install Opera, you do not need another email client, as Opera has one built in . IMO there is nothing easier than having to open another Tab to read your mail.

Crunchie...I like the tabbed browsing feature that FF and Opera have. I just didn't know how to get my mail from my MSN account, which is a web based account, exported over to Thunderbird. I also have an account thru the local cable co.that supplies my broadband and I would like to be able to access both accounts from one browser. It's probably something simple that I need to do with those POP and SMTP settings but those always were confusing to me.

Hotmail Popper can import hotmail mail into a number of email clients, including thunderbird and opera.
If you used Opera, you need to set up your email particulars correctly and both your account with your provider and your hotmail mail will go to it's email client.

Crunchie...I don't use hotmail but I read in the link that you gave that it can import from MSN accounts...which is my main e-mail account. I will consider that option. I have another way that I'm gonna try...maybe it will work and if it does I will let ya'll know.
